Fran

Founder and instructor, her love for Pilates is what made Coreworks possible. Fran holds a comprehensive Pilates certification from Balanced Body, and has completed all levels of training on the CoreAlign unit. Additional training was completed through Stott Pilates and PHI Pilates. Fran is also a Licensed Buff Bones Instructor. Fran has been practicing and studying Pilates since 2000.
Fran opened the first Coreworks Pilates Studio in 2003 in order to provide a non-threatening and warm environment for students to exercise and pursue their wellness goals. Fran believes 100 percent in the importance of the mind body and breath connection for increased ease of movement and quality of life.

  • MAPLE LAWN - Reformer Foundation
  • This class is held at the MAPLE LAWN Studio located inside the Coreworks Gym.

    Build the essential foundations of Pilates on the Reformer. Learn key principles like breath, core engagement, alignment, and control through full-body movements. This class offers supportive instruction and thoughtful pacing to help you develop body awareness and confidence on the equipment.

    Who it’s for: Anyone seeking to refine their form, build movement confidence, or establish a strong base for future classes. This class is a pre-requisite for Reformer Progressions.

  • MAPLE LAWN - Reformer Progression
  • This class is held at the MAPLE LAWN Studio located inside the Coreworks Gym.

    A full-body class for students ready to expand their practice with more variety, creative sequencing, and refined technique. You’ll work with moderate pacing, layered options, and added strength or balance challenges.

    Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 3 Foundation classes completed.

  • COLUMBIA - Mixed Progression
  • This class is held at the COLUMBIA Studio.

    This dynamic class uses a mix of equipment to challenge coordination, stability, flexibility and movement flow. Every class offers variety while reinforcing form and whole-body awareness.

    Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 10 Foundation classes completed.

  • MAPLE LAWN - Jump Progression
  • This class is held at the MAPLE LAWN Studio located inside the Coreworks Gym.

    Low-impact cardio meets Pilates control. Using the Reformer jumpboard, you’ll incorporate jumping sequences with strength-building and core-focused work for a playful, invigorating workout.

    Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 3 Foundation classes completed.

  • MAPLE LAWN - Athletic Progression
  • This class is held at the MAPLE LAWN Studio located inside the Coreworks Gym.

    A full-body class designed to build strength and endurance using Pilates principles combined with functional strength elements. This class bridges the gap between traditional Pilates and strength-focused formats — all while maintaining alignment, breath, and control. Expect compound movements, core integration, and a steady pace to challenge muscular stamina without sacrificing form.

    Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 10 Foundation classes completed.
