Mindfulness Guided Meditations Free on YouTube

After working with many clients at Coreworks and within the teacher training program, there have been many requests to offer guided meditations in a recorded option.  So we have created a YouTube channel that offers free guided meditations every Monday morning on various topics for habit change, personal development, letting go of negativity, connecting to yourself, and many more.  Email Sara@coreworksfitness.com if there is a particular topic that you are interested in hearing.
