  • How do I join? An appointment is required to become a member of the gym.  It only takes a few minutes, but you cannot join without it.  To schedule an appointment, please contact Les Raymond at 410.812.6220 or
  • What does membership include?  Access to the gym from 5 am to 10 pm 7 days a week; a cool glass water bottle; a functional movement screen with a certified personal trainer.
  • What is a functional movement screen? This complimentary movement assessment with a personal trainer give you a movement baseline. It will help detect the most important things for you to work on at the present time.  It identifies any movement disfunction or asymmetries that can potentially cause future injuries.   • How old do you have to be to join? You must be at least 16 to be a member, although some exceptions are made when working with a personal trainer.
  • Who can benefit from working with a personal trainer? Everyone! Whether you are a young athlete trying to improve your sport or you are older and  looking to move and feel better in your daily activities, we can develop a program to help you reach your goals.
  • Are there any classes at the gym? Yes, we offer a comprehensive strength and conditioning program.  Students must complete personal training sessions to begin taking the class program.  Contact to schedule your personal training sessions to get started in the classes.
