This workshop is held at the Laurel studio.
Release, restore and replenish your mind and body. Using muscle release techniques, visualization and imagery, stretching and Pilates exercises, we will explore creating expansive movements and deepening the connection between mind and body. Each workshop will incorporate relaxation, release with a variety of props, balance, stretching and strengthening.

Upper Body, concentrating on shoulders, neck and upper back: Friday, November 30 5:30-7:00 pm Laurel-- Neck, shoulder and back pain often appear suddenly and linger, negatively impacting our daily movements. Learning to release the muscles supporting the fragile bones of the cervical spine and the shoulder blades can create ease of movement and open the door to strengthening the muscles around these sensitive areas. The session will include a guided relaxation, use of a variety of props and strength and stability exercises.
