Joni

Joni is committed to living well. Over the years, she has learned that wellbeing is a three-legged stool--it includes proper movement, good food, and rest. You need each leg to feel your best. Joni loves strength training and is certified in kettlebells with StrongFirst. She also has her certification in habit-based nutrition coaching with Precision Nutrition. She is an avid walker and an aspiring cook.
