Mike Barbour, LMT, has been leading group fitness classes for over 20 years.  He combines his experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist with his training as a Peak Pilates level 2 certified instructor and group fitness instructor to bring his participants enjoyable, challenging and fulfilling experiences every time they're with him.  He is currently deepening his movement education through Balanced Body as well as adult ballet classes.  Coming to Pilates through a painful spinal injury and subsequent surgery, he has seen and experienced how Pilates can transform someone's relationship with themselves and their body.
