Coreworks is a unique fitness studio offering a variety of mind-body exercises to rejuvenate and strengthen your life. We specialize in Pilates, Yoga, and other core strengthening disciplines available in small group classes, private, or semi-private lessons.

Choose from a variety of programs. Whether your goals are to excel at your chosen sport, slow the aging process, or find enjoyable exercise alternatives--we have what you are looking for.

Specialized programs are available for children, seniors, and pre- and post-natal individuals. We work closely with Physicians, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors, in regards to specific health concerns.

Visit our photo gallery for a virtual tour of our state of the art facility located in Columbia, featuring private suites for personal training in fitness, Pilates, and yoga. We are also equipped with specialized Pilates equipment known as the Reformer for small classes, private or semi private lessons.
